This tutorial was written by Eve using my own imagination. You may use my tutorials for group challenges.

Supplies Needed:
Cute Scrap Kit by Sara called Hocus Pocus which you can find Here
Template #2 by Me which you can download Here
Plugin Penta Dot Cross
Animation Shop (if you wanna animate the sig)
Font Lunacy More
Tube of choice or the one I used by the Artist Ismael Rac which you can purchase over at AMI
in the Packages Area

Ready? Let's Begin by Opening the Template - Going to Windows - Duplicate and Closing Off the original
(You can resize it ahead of time if you want to so that when you add the Artist Credits they will show clearly)
Starting From The Bottom Up

1- Click on Click on Star 1- Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Selections - Modify - Smooth - Smoothing Amount 12 (to keep the edges soft)

2- Add a New Layer - Flood Fill it with the Color Code# ea4f71 - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Penta.com -
Dot and Cross - Change the settings to - 72-3-2 - Selections - Select None - Add a Drop Shadow

3- Click on Cluster of Stars - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Selections - Modify - Smooth - Smoothing Amount 12

4- Add a New Layer - Flood Fill it with the Color Code# ea4f71 - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Penta.com -
Dot and Cross - Change the settings to - 72-3-2 - Selections - Select None - Add a Drop Shadow

5- Click on Star 2 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Selections - Modify - Smooth - Smoothing Amount 12

6- Add a New Layer - Flood Fill it with the Color Code# ea4f71 - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Penta.com -
Dot and Cross - Change the settings to - 72-3-2 - Selections - Select None - Add a Drop Shadow
Apply the same Action for Stars 3 & 4

7- Click on Circle 1 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Flood Fill it Black

8- Open Web 2 - Duplicate - See mine

9- Click on Circle 2 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Flood Fill it Black - Apply the same action for Circle 3

10- Click on Circle Frame 1 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Selections - Modify - Smooth - Smoothing Amount 12

11- Open Paper 7 - Copy and Paste it over - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None

12- Click on Circle Frame 2 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat - Selections - Modify -
Expand by 1 - Selections - Modify - Smooth - Smoothing Amount 12

13- Go back to Paper 7 - Copy and Paste it over - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None

14- Open Bat - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - See mine

15- Open Bone 1- Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - Duplicate - Image
Mirror - See mine

16- Brad 2 - Resize it a little - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - See mine

17- Open Ghost - Resize it a little - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - Duplicate - Image -
Mirror - See mine

18- Open Spider 2 - Resize it - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - Duplicate 3xs - See mine

19- Open Word Art 2 - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - See mine

20- Close off the 2 Spider Web Layers and Click inside the Circle with your Magic Wand

21- Open your Tube - Resize it - Copy and Paste it over - Duplicate - Add a Drop Shadow - Move Duplicate Layer to the Top -
Close it and Click on the Original Tube Layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Click on your Duplicate Layer on Top -
with your Eraser Tool - Erase the bottom part of the tube so that it looks like it is inside the frame but sticking out - See mine

23- Add the ©

22- Open Eye - Copy and Past it over - See mine

23- If you don't want to animate it - Delete the White Background - Add your Name - Merge Visible and Save as PNG

If You Want to Animate - Dont Delete the White Background - Dont Merge and Continue The Following Steps

1- Duplicate the Eye Layer and Lower the Opacity to 90 - Merge Visible - Copy

2- In Animation Shop - Edit - Paste as a New Animation

3- Go back to PSP - Undo - Duplicate the Eye Layer again- Lower the Opacity to 80

4- In Animation Shop - Edit - Paste as a New Animation

5- Continue applying the same steps lowering the Opacity each time by 10 until you reach the final layer which should be 0

6- When you reach the final layer - Undo and Repeat the same actions again but
Backwards Starting with 0 and ending with 100 - Leaving you with a total of 22 Frames

7- In Animation Shop - Go to Edit - Select All - Animation - Frame Properties - Change the Settings to 15

8- Click on Frame 12 - Animation - Frame Properties - Change the Setting to 60

9- Click on the Last Frame #22 - Animation - Frame Properties - Change the Setting to 50

10- View your animation

11- If you like how it turned out - Optimize it - Add your name and Save it as a gif.
