My Prerogative
this tutorial was written by Eve using my own imagination. You may use my
tutorial for group challenges. Please provide a link back to this site.

Supplies Needed
FTU Kit by Designs By Ali which you can find Here
Template #5 by HorsePlay's Pasture Here
Word Art By Me - Here and Here
Plugin -Eye Candy - Drop Shadow & Outer Bevel
Mask 254 by WSL Here
Font - Pea Valerie
Tube of choice or the one I used by the artist
Jamie Kidd which you can purchase Here


Ready? Let's Begin by opening the template - Going to Windows - Duplicate -
Close of the original - Resize it to 550 and click on Actual Size

1- Click on Rectangle 1 - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

2- Open Paper 3 - Resize it a little - Copy and Paste it over - Selections - Invert - Delete -
Select None

3- Click on Rectangle 3 - Apply the same action as you did in step 1&2

4- Click on Rectangle 2 - Selections - Select all - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

5- Open Paper 4 - Resize it a little - Copy an Paste it over - Selections - Invert - Delete - Selections - Select None

6- Click on Rectangle 4 - Apply the same actions as you did in step 4&5

7- Click on Circle - Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

8- With your Flood Fill Tool - Flood Fill it using the color code # ffc4d6 - Selections - Select None

9- Go to your Preset Shapes Tool - Find the Rectangle Shape - Line Style Solid - Width 8 -
Color Code#a0dcf6 - Backgroun closed - Draw out a Rectangle - See mine

10- Click on Rectangle 3 - And apply the same action as you did in step 9

11- Click on Rectangle 2 - Go to your Preset Shapes Tool but this time change the
Color Code to #ffc4dc - Draw out a Rectangle - See mine again

12 - Click on Rectangle 4 - Apply the same action as you did in step 11

13 - Click on your Circle - Go to your Preset Shapes Tool once more - Find the Elipse Shape
Change your Forground color to Color Code#a0dcf6 - Draw out a Cirlce

14 - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Eye Candy - Outer Bevel - and change the settings to
BW62 - Rounded - S10 - SD 12 - HB 80 - HS 40 - D 135 - I 45 - Click ok

15 - Close All Layer - Open Rectangle 1, Paper 3 and Preset Shape Layer -
Merge Visible - Close -

16 - Open Rectangle 3, Paper Layer, Preset Shape Layer - Merge Visible - Close
Keep applying this same action rest of Layers until you are left with 5 Layers - See Mine

17 - Open your Tube of choice - Resize it if you need to - Copy and Paste it over - Move this Layer below Rectangle 4 Layer - See mine

18- Still on your Tube Layer - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Eye Candy - Drop Shadow - Click on
Last used - Click on Stark - Go back to Effects - 3D Effects - DS - 0-1-63-3 -Color Black

19- Go to your Template Layers - Click on any one - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Eye Candy -
Drop Shadow - Click on Last Used - Slight Grey Outline - Change the color to Black - Click ok
Apply this same action for all the Template Layers

20 - Click on your White Background Layer - Open a New Layer - Flood Fill it with the Color Code #ffc3d6 - Find the Mask - Load it - Click ok

21- Still on your Mask Layer - Go to Effects - Pluggins - Eye Candy Glow -Change the
settings to W 4 - O 100 - Fat - and change the Color to #a0dcf6 - See Mine

22- Open Flower 3 - Resize it - Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow- See Mine

23- Go back to Flower 3 - Resize it some more - Copy and Paste it over - See mine - Duplicate
Image - Mirror - See mine - Go back to Flower 3 and resize it some more once again -
Copy and Paste it over - Add a Drop Shadow - See mine

24 - Open the Word Art - It's My Prerogative - Copy and Paste it over
Move this layer above the circle layer - See mine

25 - Open Word Art Lyrics - Copy and Paste it over - Move this layer all the
way to the top See mine again

26 - Close your White Background Layer - Merge All Visible - Open your White
Background Again

27 - Add the ©

28 - Add your Name
